*All orders are received within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays after the first initial deposit. Please check our website for current lead times.*

1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Shipping methods and delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping option. Please see the order page for an accurate lead time.

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note the tracking information may not be live for 1-2 business days after receiving your confirmation email.

 

Once delivered It is the customers responsibility to arrange appropriate measures to move the product safely inside the property.

 

Australia:

We offer several shipping options, including standard door to door services, depot pick up, Business delivery (forklift must be supplied onsite).

 

International (Outside of Australia):

All international shipping is door to door service only.

2. Shipping Rates & Information

Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. All shipping costs are passed on directly to the customer from the courier. These are calculated at check out. 

3. Order Tracking & Delays

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note the tracking information may not be live for 1-2 business days after receiving your confirmation email.

 

You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the designated courier's tracking service.

 

While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, please note that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier issues.

 

We will communicate any significant delays or changes in delivery times via email or other contact information provided during the checkout process.

4. Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. If you have made a mistake please notify us immediately.

 

We are not responsible for delays or mis-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

 

We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation and resolve the issue promptly.

6. Delivery Disclaimer

All of our ice baths are delivered by a third-party freight carrier. Orders arrive securely packaged on a pallet and are delivered to a safe, accessible area near your property using a pallet jack — typically your driveway, garage, or front yard. The delivery team is not responsible for unpacking, removing items from the pallet, or moving them into your home or backyard.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

 

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
